i2web: a case study in epractice
We have published a case study about our project in the epractice.eu website, disseminating our results and our approach to the research community in Europe.
Workshop “Research for User modelling and context-senstive services”
The i2web project was presented at the workshop “Research for Independent Ageing. User modelling and context-senstive services” held in Bonn 26 April 2013. With an audience of around 50 participants coming from industry, academia and user organisations, a set of.European and German-funded projects were presented.
i2web presentations at the Internet of Services 2012 Collaboration Event
We were present at the Internet of Services 2012 Collaboration Event in Brussels on 16-17 Oct 2012. See:
- "How to develop Future Internet Services that are Accessible to all Users" in the Participatory Service Design Session
Explains eAccessibility in the context of Participatory Service Design, why it is so important, the main stakeholders involved, and how users’ requirements need to be addressed. The I2Web solution to develop Future Internet Services that are Accessible to all Users, consisting of open user, device and application models, combined with a prototype web-service toolbox called EASI (Evaluation of Accessibility Support & Integration) is described.
- "i2web: designing the next generation of adaptive web applications and interfaces" in the Semantics in Services and Clouds Session
Describes the open user, device and application models developed in the i2web project that facilitates an SOA infrastructure and toolbox to enable the development of accessible Future Internet Services.
